In this gathering, we will move through a very powerful breath and meditation technique that is over 5,000 years old. This will include a combination of what is called the Chakra Dhyana and Ananda Mandala meditation. In translation Chakra Dhyana is known as the "Circle of Meditation" and Ananda Mandala is the “Circle of Bliss." This ancient yoga science approach is designed to cleanse, purify, and awaken the seven main energy centers along your spine, known as chakras, to their highest potential for any given individual in that moment of time.

In this Circle of Bliss meditation, you will purify each energy center through specific breathing and concentration techniques. From there you will then have the opportunity to open up to your cosmic life force energy, also known as kundalini. Again all of this is done by utilizing various breathing and concentration techniques that you will learn and practice in our gathering.

This practice itself is extremely beneficial when done in groups and your facilitators have been personally practicing this method of breath and meditation for over 14 years. It has been so powerful in their own lives that Holly wrote and published two books to teach others how to conduct this practice on their own. Those two books are, “The Conscious Breath Workbook- Level One” and “The Conscious Breathing Workbook-Level Two”.

Anyone who has a deep longing to connect more clearly to their spiritual source would benefit from this circle. Again be aware we will utilize strong breathing and concentration techniques so if this is something that feels in alignment with you please join us!

About Holly and Mike Semanoff

Holly and Mike Semanoff have been married for 19 years and have 3 beautiful children. They have walked together on a powerful journey of spiritual awakening since 2007 after many unmistakable spiritual experiences.

Holly is an IFBB professional fitness competitor, Ashtanga/Kundalini/Kriya yoga teacher, reiki master, clairvoyant, light healer, channeler, Oklevueha Native American medicine woman, and published author of the Conscious Breathing Workbook, Conscious Breathing Workbook- Level 2, and the Body of Light Book. She has over 20 years of experience in teaching and guiding yoga science-based breath and meditation practices. She also knows the power of the body and its ability to be in resonance with the True Self, if we allow ourselves to connect with it.

Her experiences with the body have led her to become an IFBB Professional Fitness Competitor and was ranked as one of the top 10 athletes in the world at International Arnold Sports Festivals in 2017. Holly's various experiences with body, mind, and soul have been a catalyst for the creation of the Body Of Light, which is the platform for which she shares her knowledge and experiences through various retreats and workshops. Her mission is to teach others how to become their own guru and to remember all of who they are.

Mike is a man of many talents and has also been featured in Iron Man Magazine for his various fitness feats. He is a professional skydiver, publicist, reiki master, and Oklevueha Native American medicine man. His gifts abound in melding the physical and spiritual way of divine being. His mission is to inspire people to be all that they can be and to hold space for people to step into their power.
