Marty was a career first responder and military veteran. As he explored various healing modalities for wellness and stress management, he discovered Breathwork while attending a healing retreat in Costa Rica. It was that experience that drove him to become a Certified Breathwork Facilitator.

The Metamorphose Breathwork Experience combines several modalities and styles of Breathwork. It includes energy releasing movement, facilitated breathwork rounds, a past-self meditation, integration, and a sharing circle. Throughout the process, healing music and coaching instructions are streamed through headphones to create binaural stimulation of both hemispheres of the brain. Most people who participate say it was like nothing they’ve ever experienced, even experienced practitioners.
