Meditation for Beginners

Join us online for an hour of relaxation and self-healing. For this session, we'll do about an hour of meditative breathwork. This event is appropriate for all skill levels and is FREE 🥰🥰🥰
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork meditation helps us to relax, release emotions, heal old wounds, and access our deepest truth. We'll use breath patterns, music, movement, and sound to achieve a deep meditative state and nurture our minds and bodies.
HOW WILL THIS CLASS FLOW?
We will close ours eyes (Optional) and do a relaxation scan, then some guided relaxation techniques and then move on to 8 Minutes of meditation on our own, We will end the class together in a brief gratitude guided meditation.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS:
improved rest and relaxation, stress relief, more energy and vitality, emotional balance, reduced inflammation, and it helps to gently heal trauma and ease anxiety.
WHAT DO I NEED?
A yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that makes you feel cozy and comfortable
OTHER TIPS:
* Please join our session in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.
* Try to avoid eating or drinking a lot of fluid right before the session.
***Please be on time. I will lock the Zoom meeting at 10:05, so that we may journey inward, uninterrupted.
IS BREATHWORK SAFE?
Consult a healthcare professional before practicing breathwork if you have a significant health condition, including:
Cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, history of aneurysms, are taking strong or multiple medications, are experiencing significant psychiatric symptoms that cause disturbances for others.
