Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, fear or grief and in need of a reset? Join our group for Breathwork for Releasing Stress, Healing & Gaining Clarity. Through 2 very specific guided breathing techniques, I will help you release tension, heal emotional wounds, and gain clarity in your mind. Whether you are new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome to come together in a supportive and peaceful space. Let's breathe deeply, let go of what no longer serves us, and find peace and clarity within. Begin with a Soma Breathwork guided mediation. This mix of rhythmic breathing with breath holds, and a guided meditation induces a euphoric higher state of consciousness, peace and clarity. Shortly after, we will do a Release Breathwork session, an intensive and incredibly powerful breathwork technique to help you release stress, grief and trauma. It is life changing. Most people have big emotional releases in these sessions. Come to one, come to both. It is recommended to both, if you can, for a fully rounded session to help you find the peace and clarity you need on your path.
