Now that Brews Brothers is open 7 days a week, Brews Brothers Run Club is running (or jogging or walking) Mondays AND Wednesdays. Come to one, come to both, alternate back and forth -- join us for a tasty beverage after.
Our route is a little over 3 miles (about a 5k) and is easy to make longer or shorter depending on your work-out needs. Speed is whatever level feels right to you -- there will be people at all levels. Wednesdays will be our traditional run to and up the Chandler bike path. Mondays we'll run to and around the park to mix things up and give option for the classic 3 miles, or the choice of speed work, intervals, etc. for anyone looking to improve their running. All levels welcome. (This is not a formally coached work-out -- we'll just have ideas and suggestions for runners to choose what seems right for themselves.)
We'll meet at 6:30 for announcements and a group photo, and start running by 6:45. If you are new to the group, don't worry about how may people do or do not RSVP on MeetUp -- since there are a lot of regulars who don't RSVP, there will always be a group. (Though Mondays are new, so the group might be smaller until we build back up...)
There will be someone to watch car keys, wallets, jackets, etc. while you run. It's a good idea to bring a light or reflective gear while it's dark.
