What weβre about
We are a free weekly walk/run every Thursday evening to promote better mental health. We'll go at whatever pace the attendees wish and it is never about going fast, you can rest assured that it's ok to turn up just as you are, and actively encouraged.
When you're with us you can chat about whatever you'd like to, it's a great opportunity to just chat with some very nice people, or just listen if you'd like π.
