Run Talk Run Brighton and Hove

Come and join us for a leisurely walk or run along Hove Promenade and chat with us about whatever is on your mind.
This is not about pace and never will be, it's about connecting with others and promoting better mental health.
Meeting at the back of the King Alfred Leisure Centre, next to the beach, where the windows onto the swimming pool are.
We may go for a drink afterwards if time allows!

There are regulars who also join outside of meetup 😊.
