Having recently joined the 60+ club this is my/our yearly chance to put on the party outfits and dance till we drop!1

We have been to this venue many years ago and I know at the time, people gave it a good review and enjoyed the food. We have booked the party night with a 3 course festive meal, coffee, mince pies and a half a bottle of wine is included.

The hotel has always had a good reputation and in my opinion one of the nicest hotels in Brighton. We will have a shared party atmosphere with music and dancing.

Filling fast, we still have spaces but we will need to give in final numbers a few weeks before the event so I am keen for people to book early to avoid disappointment.

The hotel are charging £54.00 which is quite reasonable compared to some we looked at. If you are a full member and have paid your yearly membership fee, we are offering a £5.00 discount.

For overnight stays, I was told that they could not go below £139.00 for either a single/double/twin room with breakfast. She assured me that if you try to book via bookings.com you would need to pay a lot more.

Should be a good evening and I have enclosed the menu below. I will be sending "menu options" later to be completed. We will need these to be in 3/4 weeks before the party as well as a food allergy form for some.

The meal is served at 8pm, bar shuts 12:30 and dancing until 1am.

2\. Smoked mackerel pate topped with a beetroot relish\, pickled cucumber\, toasted ciabatta \(Available GF\)

Mains

3\. Butternut squash and pumpkin seed nut roast\, roast potatoes\, maple roasted root vegetables\, Brussel sprouts\, sage and thyme gravy \(gf/df/vegan\)

Desserts
1\. Classic Christmas pudding\, brandy sauce
2\. Chocolate and salted caramel tart with a white chocolate mousse al
