Welcome to Leg 4 of the Sussex Diamond Way.
This 11 mile linear walk takes us from Perrimans Lane just south of Herons Ghyll to Heathfield
The Sussex Diamond Way was created by the Sussex Ramblers in 1995 to mark their 60th anniversary and is 60 miles long stretching from Midhurst to Heathfield.
On this final leg, we start from The bus stop at the end of Perrimans Lane, 1/2 km south of Herons Ghyll on the A26.

I will be catching the number 29 bus at 09.00 from the Old Steine stop F in Brighton arriving at Perrimans Lane at 10:11
This is a linear across country walk. there is a stop at the Five Ashes pub at Five Ashes roughly half way into the walk
When we finish at Heathfield we will catch the no.28 bus back to Brighton.

Please be punctual as we will only wait for 10 minutes before setting off at 10:20.

Please bring or wear suitable all weather clothing with you.
Dogs are welcome
In the event of bad weather this walk may be rescheduled.
