This is a great 7.5 mile walk taking In Stanmer village & park before heading for the Downs and walking over the ridge Including Blackcap and Mount Harry before dropping down to Lewes.

I will be taking the train from Brighton at 10:56 and arriving at 11:13 In Falmer. I hope to see most of you on the train. Please be punctual, we will only wait 10 minutes from 11:15 before leaving.

Please bring a packed lunch, water and any snacks you need. There are no cafes or pubs before Lewes, but we’ll head to the Pelham Arms for a drink at the end.

Please wear and bring suitable clothing and footwear.

Dogs are welcome.
