Its menu offers a delightful blend of traditional and modern dishes, from classics like gyoza and agedashi tofu to fusion favorites such as Wagyu Yakiniku Burgers and Cheesy Chicken Katsu.

My personal recommendation of Hiromeshi is Fluffy Omelette Fried Rice. It is AWESOME, and their ramen broth, created by a chef with experience in French cuisine, boasts a refined flavor that's highly praised by native Japanese diners.

Hello! I'm Honami, a professional Japanese language teacher based in Brisbane. I’ve been fortunate to teach Japanese to people from all over the world and help them prepare for the JLPT, focusing on practical language skills and cultural understanding.

Recently, I’ve noticed a growing number of Australians traveling to Japan, and that’s one of the reasons I’m especially excited about this event! It’s a fantastic opportunity to share my passion for Japan and its culture with you in a hands-on, immersive way. This workshop combines my love for teaching Japanese with the beauty of Japanese calligraphy, and I truly can’t wait to see you experience it all firsthand.

My hope is that by participating in this event, you’ll feel more confident and excited about using Japanese when you travel.
