Gay Community Yoga Class @ Elements Studio

Elements Yoga Studio and I are collaborating to offer Beginners Yoga to the Gay community every month.

If you've never done yoga before, it can be a little intimidating. You may think that you're not good at it and not flexible enough, and you may have no idea what's happen at first, but I guarantee you'll walk out feeling amazing. It's not about how you look, it's about how you feel. Yoga is for every body.

It will challenge you at times but there will be options to make this as simple as you like. There will be an assistant yoga teacher to give personal instruction, to help with alignment and keep you safe in your body.

Please arrive 15 mins early. Class will start at 12pm and finish at 1pm

What to bring:
Yoga mat, water bottle, towel.

Limited studio mats are available.

Parking: Free street parking is available, although it's quite busy on a Saturday so please give yourself enough time to find a park.

There is NO FOOD OR DRINK permitted in the building. So please consume all food and drink before you enter the space.

Please keep in mind this event is an open, public event.

We usually head out for lunch somewhere around the area afterwards to socialise.
