What we’re about

Come along each Monday for a Pilates class, streamed via Zoom.

Our instructor Jess will be live in front of our class. She will direct the participants throughout the class to make sure all movements are correct. Jess is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and plans a different class each week with a focus on balance, strength building and stretching.

Bring along your own mat and drink bottle.

Each class is 45 minutes long. Come along 10-15 minutes early to stretch and get your spot sorted.
