✨ Dive into the world of Tarot and Spiritual Art in this unique workshop combining creativity, tarot studies, journaling, and group discussion! No experience needed—just an open mind and a love for mysticism and art.
🌌 In this workshop, you will connect with others, bring a tarot card into life through painting, build your intuition, and uncover the deeper meanings behind the cards. Focus on III Empress.

Workshop Highlights
🧘 1:00 PM: Meditation, group sharing & journaling to explore the Tarot
🎨 1:30 PM: Tarot reading practice (bring your own deck if possible)
🔮 2:30 PM: Mindful painting/coloring of the day’s Tarot card
🍪 3:30 PM: Tea, chat & sharing - bring a snack to share!

• Enjoy creative freedom by choosing a mystical image (supplied or bring your own) that inspires you
• Create your own unique piece inspired by sacred art including Renaissance Iconic Art, Hermeticism, Mysticism, Buddhism, Mandalas and Yoga.

Explore the universal art of Mandalas, a practice rooted in ancient traditions and celebrated for its power to inspire self-discovery, creativity, and inner harmony. Supported by C.G. Jung’s insights, mandalas are seen as tools for soul integration and transformation, making them a meaningful medium for personal growth and expression.

🖌️ Workshop Highlights:
1️. Welcome: Meditation with sound bowls, centring, introductions.
2. Discussion: What are Mandalas? History of Mandalas? How to create your own Mandala.
3. Warm-up: Colour pre-printed designs inspired by sacred geometry, alchemy, and tarot—symbols that help unlock your intuition.
4. Tea or Coffee Break ☕ (Bring snacks to share).
5. Create Your Mandala: Dive deep, relax and allow your deeper self to be expressed through your own unique, intuitive artistic expression.
6. Share & Reflect: Discuss your creation with like-minded individuals in a supportive space.

Bring yourself, a willing heart, and an open smile. Open to everyone 15+ years.

The three pillars of the Theosophical Society are said to be study, meditation and service. Our meditation group provides the opportunity for meditation with other interested persons both members and non-members alike.

For some of us, meditating in a group provides that ‘something extra’ in our practice which may not be there when meditating alone. The practice does not follow any particular tradition, but is a more contemporary approach in its openness and natural simplicity around the breath, stillness, silence and awareness, and includes a short time of contemplation of a theosophical nature.

Meditative contemplation can assist in our theosophical studies in a way that is not open to the discursive mind. Many ideas in our literature require an intuitive understanding which a meditative approach can bring, which is then more a part of our being as opposed to just something we may think on, or agree with, intellectually.
