What we’re about
Bristol Transformed is a grassroots and volunteer-led festival of radical politics, arts and culture: bringing together activists, trade unionists, leading thinkers and anyone interested in left-wing politics. We’re creating the space to discuss the most important issues facing us, equipping us with the skills and knowledge to transform Bristol and the world.
Our socialist education runs all year round - reading groups, social events, book launches, workshops, and more. We'll be taking a bit of a break over the summer, but weekly events will be back in the early autumn.
Everything we do is organised by volunteers. If you'd like to get involved in our work and bring more socialist education to Bristol, sign up here and we'll get in touch.

Organising conversations: what are they and how to have one
In this month's Trade Unionists Anonymous session, we will go through semantics: what are the 'bad' and 'good' phrases to use when talking to your colleagues about joining a union. We will will then also have a closer look at what an organising conversation should look like to get your colleagues engaged and get them to take the first step towards getting active in their workplace and union.
About this series
TU Anon sessions are short and simple workshops for campaigning or organising in your workplace, with plenty of time to chat and ask questions. Sessions will happen at 6:30pm on the first Tuesday of each month.Tickets
Tickets are on Headfirst. They're pay-what-you-can with a suggested minimum donation of £3.00 in order to help cover venue costs. There are some limited free tickets as well for people who will struggle to contribute this.About BT
