Let's rejuvenate our winter skin and start the new year off right by pledging to make conscious efforts to engage in self care.

**THE PLAN**
We visit all three (3) [Skin Laundry](https://store.skinlaundry.com/pages/tremont) locations, starting in January. And maybe hang out afterwards? Yes: The dates are purposefully scheduled during weekdays, so you have to plan ahead (the conscious effort) and plan to take a day off from work and other commitments (more conscious effort). The idea is that maintaining your body and mind IS your job, too - and at least, just as important!

This is a **self-pay** opportunity: Attendees are expected to plan their visits in advance and are expected to pay for their own services. The hope is that we can have our services between 11 AM and 2 PM. First-time customers may need to book through Skin Laundry's website. If the [South End location](https://store.skinlaundry.com/pages/tremont) is currently not accepting January appointments through their website, you may need to call the clinic directly for an appointment. No: I have not yet visited any of the [Skin Laundry](https://store.skinlaundry.com/pages/tremont) locations I'm proposing we visit. Maybe we can have this first together, decide which location we like the best - then keep going to that one!

By RSVP'ing to and/or attending ***any*** Brookline African-American event(s), you are guaranteeing that you are healthy enough to participate, and that any mental health and/or substance abuse issues you have are abated to the point where you can participate in a healthy manner, which means that at the time of the Event you reasonably expect that you will not be a danger to Self or Others😳
