A two hour timed, out & back run on the Palisades Park Long Path.

Where: We'll meet outside the GW Bridge Bus Terminal entrance on Fort Washington Ave, then head over to the north entrance of the GW bridge sidewalk.

When: 10 am

Trail Details: We'll run over the GW bridge, to the Palisades long path. Then we run for 1 hour, turn around and run back. It's an out and back so feel free to keep your own pace.

Transit: You can take the A train to 178th Street (there's an underground tunnel to the bus terminal from the north side of the station), there's a City Bike station at 169th St and Fort Washington Ave, or you can run (the West Side path is quite nice).

By Car: Put 8 Cabrini Boulevard, New York, NY 10033 in your GPS

Notes: Bring a mask or face covering, wear it indoors, wear it on the bridge, use common sense beyond that.
