My favorite little Japanese restaurant is tucked away in East Brunswick!

East Hana has been serving up traditional, authentic fresh and healthy Japanese food for several years. This is the kind of fabulous little restaurant that doesn't advertise and has a large and loyal following. Let's have an early dinner on a casual Sunday!

There is a full menu of appys, soups, noodles, teriyaki, yakitori, sushi, and so much more (see pics below).
This place is very affordable and also gives an additional discount for cash!

If you would like to join us, rsvp "YES" and send your deposit. The first 12 people paid are confirmed. The rest are moved to the Wait List. (Each waitlisted person should keep an eye on the RSVP list for cancellations. Then simply email me for the vacant spot : [email protected].)

A deposit of $11 (per person) is required to hold your spot. Your deposit will be returned to you at the event, (less $1 to help defray Meetup administration fees). Deposits are not refundable after November 10, 12:00 PM.

Depending on the situation, forfeited deposits will be applied to servers' tips for the empty seat, or to the expenses of the group (Meetup fees, prizes, niceties).

Christmas is closer than you think! Tickets are already on sale and this concert sells out fast. I've seen this show before and it's terrific, guaranteed to get you in the holiday spirit. Tickets are $70 but we can get a group discount if enough people sign up.

Like last year, this small holiday-time dinner gathering at Ristorante MV in Bernardsville combines a lovely venue, a fabulous Italian menu, an inviting ambience, and a small group to celebrate new friendships and our holidays!

Parking:
Valet is tedious in inclement weather because you have to walk downhill/uphill around the building and there is no shelter while you wait. It's easier to park in the lot directly across from the front door.

The Great American SoulBook delivers a journey through the decades of Motown, R&B and other iconic soulful music that inspired generations. This is no oldies show. It is a high-energy tribute that highlights the music that made us groove, made us move, and filled dance floors and concert halls in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and beyond.

The show is performed by the American Soul Band, featuring four lead choreographed male lead singers who will remind you of the Temptations with their smooth harmonies and moves, while covering many of the biggest hitmakers from the decades that followed. We all had such a good time at this concert on July 27, that I'm excited to see these artists again. They're playing in New Brunswick between Christmas and New Year's - what a great way to keep the holidays going!

Tickets are $48.10 including fees, and are already on sale. Please Send Your Payments ASAP so we can secure the best seats. The venue will not hold any seats without payment.

AND DINNER!
We'll have dinner first (5:45 PM) for our own Holiday gathering at SALT Restaurant on Church Street. It is a seafood restaurant, but have land options and plant-based options as well.
Anyone not wishing to go to the show can still join us for our Holiday dinner.
