YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE Also for you :) no matter your age, weight or physical shape. This is an «open level» class where beginners and experienced practioners are welcome! Our teacher provides alternative postures during the class, adapted to your level. She has 15 years experience, explains very well, and speaks English and French. Our meetups are also great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. Come to be part of our welcoming and friendly group! Namaste.

YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE Also for you :) no matter your age, weight or physical shape. This is an «open level» class where beginners and experienced practioners are welcome! Our teacher will provide alternative postures during the class, adapted to your level.
Yoga might feel intimidating. However, it is only a matter of habit and you can easily incorporate yoga into your daily life. If you never tried yoga before, our Hatha yoga class will be a good start!
A Hatha yoga class involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses called asanas) and breathing techniques (called pranayama) practised more slowly and with more static holds than in Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga yoga. It's thus a good choice for beginners, allowing time to sink into deeper poses.
Hatha yoga also ideal if you are looking to slow down, connect with your body and improve your physical health. Thanks to your yoga practice you can develop strength, increase flexibility, and also find inner balance and strengthen yourself mentally.
PRACTICAL INFO:
- Booking + advance payment to confirm is necessary for our organization please. Online booking system click here
or if you find it difficult email: [email protected] to receive the bank account number or agree to pay in cash.
- Participation fee: 14 eur or 12 eur full-time students <25 years, unemployed, retired. Or buy a 5 class pass valid 6 consecutive weeks 60 eur. Or a 10 class pass valid 3 months 110 eur. The passes are also valid for our Zumba and Muscle strengthening classes, you choose for which classes to use your pass during its validity period :)
- Please bring your own mat! (If you don't have one yet, let me know in advance to borrow one of my spare mats.)
- Bring a water bottle, and a small towel (for sweating).
- Most participants arrive in their sport outfit. You can get changed at the venue but we have no showers.
- Our teacher has 15 years' experience, explains very well, and speaks English and French.

- Prenez en mains votre bien-être !En cette période, quand les jours raccourcissent et les soirées sont de plus en plus sombres, bienvenue à un rendez-vous convivial et utile pour préparer un HIVER en bonne santé!
Dans ce nouvel atelier avec notre spécialiste Christel, sur base de naturopathie et de médecine traditionnelle chinoise, nous essaierons de comprendre l**’impact des changements de saison** sur notre corps. Vous aurez des clés pour affronter l’hiver et son blues liée aux journées plus courtes, nous listerons les plantes qui peuvent nous donner un coup de pouce en ces jours plus froids. Nous parlerons des organes qui - selon la médecine traditionnelle chinoise - sont associés à l’hiver, et approfondirons leur aspect psycho-relationnel.
En plus, il y aura une partie pratique de l'Atelier, avec notre gymnastique énergétique!
L’atelier se terminera autour d’une tasse de thé et des biscuits spécialement préparés pour vous :) car bons en saison d'hiver.Comment participer:
- Réservation par le Système de Réservation en ligne cliquez ici Choissisez l'onglet "Etterbeek", dans le "Timetable" cherchez la date 24/11: cliquez et payez par virement bancaire (suivez l'instruction). Sans paiement votre réservation sera annulée.
- Frais de participation 20 eur, s'il vous plaît.
- Apportez un coussin pour vous asseoir confortablement au sol si vous voulez (il y aura aussi des chaises sur place). Tenue relax.
