For this Car-Free Sunday, I’m excited to offer 2 free Mobility and Articular Health classes!
💥 These sessions are designed to help you take care of your joints, improve your mobility, and feel better in your body. If you sometimes feel limited in your movements or experience discomfort or pain, this class is perfect for you.
👉 The classes focus on the functional movement of your joints rather than rigid postures. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, everything is adapted to your level. You’ll learn how to strengthen and mobilize your joints in a safe and effective way.
Each initiation will last 30 minutes, with no commitment required, and you don’t need any equipment or prior experience to join. It's a great opportunity to test the course, without any pressure, and rediscover the potential of your body.
