Under the Arch! 8k@ 5:45-6 min/km

• Are you up for a short Friday Morning Run.
• We meet under the Arch at Parc Du Cinquantenaire - head down Avenue de Tervuren and come back up (you will need your Brussels 20k legs!!) after a short detour to the old rail road.
• Distance - 8 kms
• Pace - 5:45 - 6min/km (slightly quicker than our regular Sunday runs)
