The midweek evening run in the forest!

A pleasant loop of 10 to 12 km starting at the entrance of the Bois de la Cambre and into the forest, indicative pace 5:45 to 6 min/km.
It will be dark, so please bring a lamp. We will run together and stay on main, wider paths.
Trail shoes are advisable if muddy (heavy rain in previous days).
