Meditation leads us to a sensation of deep well-being and sound connection with our inner self...
Meditation is not just about siting and doing nothing, and blocking our thoughts. Meditation is about being present in the moment with what is and observing ourselves without attachment.
With this group we organise regular mediation events, both silent seated meditations but also active meditations combining movement, art and breathwork.
