Fast Like A Girl Lunch Break is an hour every week to learn how to eat and fast in rhythm with your hormones.
Whether you're new to fasting or looking to fine-tune your fasting lifestyle, these sessions are to uplift, inform, support, share and boost our oxytocin levels in community!
This week we'll talk about the importance of food choices in your eating window, based on Dr Mindy's new book, Eat Like A Girl! We'll discuss Ketobiotic foods and Hormone Feasting, when to choose which and and how these food choices support your hormonal balance at every age.
This is an ongoing, weekly event and we'll have topics each week, but it will also be relaxed and interactive so we can get to know each other.
