Somatic Breathwork is a powerful practice which I have found to be a transformative experience. It’s a chance to reconnect with our body and mind in a safe and supported way, and to release stress, trauma, and emotions from our body which may be manifesting in different ways, or limiting us.
The event will take place in the Venus Terem room at Lightmotiv Yoga Studio, Páva u. 16, Budapest 1094.
Please arrive between 16:00-16:15 as we will begin the introduction at 16:15 promptly.
The breathwork journey will be one hour long and will be guided in English.
The first half will involve an energetic breathing technique which activates the nervous system and gives us the opportunity to clear out stored stress in the body.
The second half will involve a regulating breathing technique, calming the nervous system and conditioning it to tolerate and control stress without suppressing it.
We will have some time afterwards so that anyone who wishes to can share their experiences and insights in a safe and supportive space in order to process and integrate any learning from it.There is a fee of €15 or 6000 Ft for the session.
