# Keeping Life Simple
Saturday, November 16th, from 10am - 1pm
with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Wangpo
During the holiday season, we can feel a lot of different emotions. Often, we may experience feelings of stress, anxiety, and worry, or we may just feel overwhelmed. Of course, we also have great experiences in moments of peace and clarity, like contentment and gratitude.
In this special workshop, our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Wangpo, will provide practical teachings and guide meditations so that we can establish these positive attitudes throughout the holiday hecticness. Learn how to better enjoy your gatherings, parties, and well, every moment of this busy season! No meditation experience is needed. Just come with the intention to have a peaceful mind.
Schedule:
Session 1: 10 - 11:15am
Session 2: 11:45am - 1pm
