Sunset Yoga on the Beach

Join us for an evening of wonderful yoga and stretching together at Britannia Beach on Monday evening at 6:30 to do yoga. Our own wonderful Tina will be leading the class in a total body stretch / yoga for all levels. It is free.

And please be sure to dress very warm! Even if daytime temperatures are warm, evenings are not, however, yoga can still be very enjoyable if you dress for it! 

Come out to enjoy the fresh air, grounding and beautiful sunset together - you can find us in the grassy park area to the left of the kids’ play structure in front of the beach.
