Drag Lunch - Black Swan (North Burlington)

Due to the large numbers for the Drag Brunch on Oct 26th at District, I'm creating this lunch event to help spread the numbers out a bit (reduce numbers to District and increase numbers for this lunch). The drag component runs from noon-2pm, but am getting us in at 11:30 in the hopes of getting lunch ordered before they get busy :)
