What to Expect: We begin with a gentle, guided meditation to ground ourselves, followed by intention setting to create a focused, healing atmosphere. From there, participants will pair up or form small groups to practice giving and receiving healing. While Reiki is the primary modality, all energy healing practices are warmly welcomed, as long as you feel comfortable both giving and receiving healing.
Provided and Suggested Materials: A massage table, yoga mats, and blankets will be available. Feel free to bring any personal items, such as your own mat, blanket, or any crystals and tools that support your practice.
