One of the UKs leading choral ensembles, Tenebrae, are giving a free concert in aid of St Nicholas Hospice Care [retiring collection] on November 16 in Lavenham Church.
For those who don't know them, Tenebrae are as good as it gets and should be experienced once in a lifetime [just like absinthe.......]. Under the direction of Nigel Short, Tenebrae performs at major festivals and venues across the globe, including the BBC Proms, Wigmore Hall, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Rheingau Musik Festival and Sydney Festival. The choir has earned international acclaim for its interpretations of choral music from the Renaissance through to contemporary masterpieces
