IMPORTANT RULES ON TIMING, NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATION:

1. Please, be on time, so that we can start promptly at 8 pm.
2. If you have never been here before then reach early, so that you can find us.
3. If you have RSVP'd as "YES" and then do not show up, you will be removed and banned from this group as it shows you are not professional enough to be a part of this professional group. You can easily change the status if you know that you may not make it. This is important as we have to make prior booking for the YACHT.
4. People arriving late may not be able to join in if we have already begun as that ruins the flow and transitions. Allowing people to join late results in meeting the same person twice and missing out on others, which is unfair to those who arrive on time.
