If you are looking for a sweet treat for the holidays that won't sabotage your healthy eating goals, join registered dietitian Heidi McIndoo to make mini pumpkin pie tartlets. McIndoo is a nutrition consultant, spokesperson, and freelance writer. She’s the author of *When to Eat What* and the co-author of *The Complete Idiot’s Guide to 200-300-400 Calories Meals.*
