What we’re about
This group is for all women who love to read and discuss books. We also have social outings to explore the world around us, and to take breaks from our busy lives. I started this group to meet other women from all walks of life, to hear their perspective on books and life in general. My goal is to have a monthly "discuss & read" session and perhaps one social outing (hike, picnic, wine tasting, movie or play, etc.) every other month or as our busy lives allow.
We are based in Granada Hills and hold most of our meetings/outings in the the San Fernando Valley. Our book meetings are generally held on the last Thursday of each month. We read all genre.
This is a purely social group. We do not promote, solicit or discuss any type of business or business contacts or products. We simply get together to discuss books, share our personal stories and occasionally have happy hours or go to the movies. All members are expected to adhere and respect our shared purpose.
