It appears that huge distances on the coastline of NQ have led to discrepancies in social and fun activities recently.
At any particular time one person wants to go to Ellis but their car is broken, one wants to go hiking but a road is closed, another just wants to party but they had their driver licence stolen on the Esplanade. For some even staying at home by yourself seems difficult. Then you have all the ticketing errors and late flights combined with we can't even get a decent strawberry milkshake with icecream for under $9 anymore.
