Welcome to the Calgary Myofascial Yoga Therapy Meetup! We are a community of like-minded individuals with a passion for holistic wellbeing, healing, and exploring the powerful connection between our body, mind, and spirit. Through the practice of Myofascial yoga; using mindfulness, proprioception, pain management practices, nervous system regulation practices, and functional and developmental movement, we aim to cultivate self-awareness, inner growth, and healing on all levels. Join us for inspiring yoga sessions and discussions where a new awareness and relationship with our bodies and minds will be established. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, this group is open to all who seek to deepen their understanding of Myofascial Yoga Therapy and embrace a more balanced and connected life.
