Join me for an easy hike/walk along the River in Cochrane on 2 linked paved trails. Total Distance 7 kms. No Park Pass needed.

Trail 1: Riverfront Park Trail
Trail 2: Mitford Loop

**Meet Roxanne at 1:00 pm, in Riverfront Park Parking lot near the public washrooms**

* **Address**: Griffin Rd W, Cochrane. Turn East on Griffin Rd from Cowboy Tr.(Hwy 22) and Riverfront Park is on your right.
* If you're coming from Hwy 1A, turn south on Centre Ave in Cochrane and West on Griffin Rd until you see Riverfront Park on your left.

**What to bring/wear**

* Water bottle
* Proper clothing layers and hat as necessary (in case of rain)
* Sunscreen and bug spray
* Walking shoes or hiking boots (no sandals please)
* poles or walking sticks (optional for balance)
* First-aid kit is a good option or band-aids for blisters
