Sunday Night Pool at Chalks Billiards,
The cost is $7.00/person to play from 7 PM until 9:00 PM on Sunday evenings. You pay the server. You must to be registered for the event Through Meetups.

The emphasis will be on mixing and mingling. At the completion of 3 or so games, the losers will move to another table. You can also change partners after each game too. If there is a single player excess for the night, after each game a spare player will be subbed by a player at that table.

It is important if you don't plan on coming, to Drop Out and remove your name 24 hours prior to Sunday pool. Don't just send me a message to say that you wont be there, remove your name from the list. It is only fare to the people on the spare list to have at least 24 hrs to plan to play.
Hope to see you there for a lots of fun, some laughs and a few hours of pool with old and new friends! If you choose to have a drink please do so responsibly. You are responsible for your tab and table fee, and that of your guest. No outside food or drink is allowed (including water).

Rules of Play

We will be playing by normal Pool rules, Scotch Doubles. If you sink the cue ball on the break, the opposing team will play/shot behind the line. After the break the first ball downed will determine High or Low ball to be played by that team.
All shots will be fluke. Call on the 8 ball only. Valley rule of Ball in Hand will be used on Fouls. If you sink the 8 ball prior to the end of the game, all your balls have been sunk, the 8 ball will be spotted on the table where the #1 ball goes before the break. If you hit the 8 ball with the cue ball prior to sinking all your teams' balls, it will be considered a Scratch and there will be a ball in hand for the other team, as would happen if you hit the opponents ball first. At the end of the game when shooting the 8 ball only, if the cue ball goes down at the same time or the 8 ball doesn't go down in the called pocket, it is a scratch and ball in hand will be played, the 8 ball will be spotted at the #1 ball location at the break.
After about 3 or more games against the same team, the Winners will move to another available table. During the 3 games, the members may change partners for that table.

As per the Covid protocol, if you are sick or not feeling well, please stay home.
