**IMPORTANT:**
**The Deerfoot Casino Manager advised that since we have a large group attending, for me to pay for the group in advance, because there is a huge line up outside the dining area. By paying for our group in advance, they will give me our wrist bands, you can go in & out without any line up delay. Please arrive no later than 10:45 am & I will have your wrist bands. Everyone, up to the maximum number, on the wait list must e-transfer me $14.00, ($12.00 + $2.00 tip). Please comment or send me a message asking for my email address, since I don't want to receive over our maximum reserved by posting my email. Once I receive your e-transfer, you will be moved to the going list. DEADLINE for receiving the money is Tuesday, before the event. If you need to cancel, there will be no refunds if less than 48 hours before the event.**

**The buffet typically consists of a chef’s choice main course, salads, & desserts. You will enjoy a delicious buffet with live relaxing entertainment! You can also shake a leg on the dance floor, if you so desire, & test your luck on some great prizes, all for just $12 + $2.00 tip per person, provided that we meet the 10-person minimum, otherwise it will be $19 + tip per person. There is a reservation with a maximum of 20 people with the 2 groups (Calgary Singles Social Club 45+ & the Baby Boomers). The buffet starts at 11:00am, please be prompt for your arrival no later than 10:45am. After 11:00am, I will be in side the room.**
