If you are taking part in this year’s Twelve Days of Run come join us for your 12 or 6km! SEE START TIMES
➡️ If you are doing the 12km the start time is 5:45pm
➡️ If you are doing the 6km the start time is 6:30pm

This is a collective of runners looking for a structured type of training run with varying workouts. Joedy Dalke of Attitude Over Altitude (run coach) will lead a structured warm up, workout, and cool down (overall it will be approximately 60 minutes).

All levels and abilities welcome! Generally the workout will be on trails in the area however based on conditions the workout may be on paved pathways or the Edworthy south parking lot road. If Joedy has determined the workout prior to Thursday it will be posted in the comments of the Pain Train Meetup event.

Of note, I do not lead the group or determine the workout, I just post the weekly event on Meetup for others to join (but feel free to reach out to me if you have questions!). The group is also posted on Facebook, therefore regardless of how many attendees you see on Meetup rest assured there will be others in attendance from Facebook or word of mouth.
 Suggested gear: • Head lamp • Appropriate footwear • Traction devices • Warm/dry clothing to change in to afterwards
