From the absolute beginner to the advanced, the Calisthenics class is for all people from the age of 12-99 and levels who want to improve their overall fitness.
What is the aim?
Calisthenics classes cover a wide range of physical and mental improvements with elements of functional fitness. These classes are specially designed to develop and improve strength, endurance, core strength, coordination, flexibility, and agility while doing mostly bodyweight exercises. It is a full body workout for upper and lower body. Calisthenics trainers ensure that the content of the training is individualised according to the characteristics, skills and abilities of the person performing the corresponding exercises.
