Welcome to our vibrant community of fitness enthusiasts! Join us for an exhilarating Calisthenics session at one of the beautiful beaches and coastal regions of Carcavelos, Estoril and Oeiras.

This is a non-organized workout, you can follow your personal workout routine or join others in their routine. The idea is that we can work out together, and give each other tips, tricks or help if needed.

After a great workout, unwind with a refreshing swim in the ocean or relax on the beach.
