Hello, my fellow storytellers! What is a query letter, you ask? A query letter is a written pitch that introduces a literary agent to your book. This pitch provides information on the title, category, word count, genre, and why it's a good fit for that specific agent. Your query letter must be polished and professional because agents only sign a few authors a year.

The publishing industry is competitive, and they are not looking to sign anyone. If we want to become future authors, we must sharpen our craft of pitching our dreams on paper. The more we practice making our letters the best it can be, the better we will become. We are all in this together!
