Sapphic Book Club

This is a friendly group for LGBT women, meeting on the first Thursday of the month (usually) to discuss our sapphic read for the month.

In December, we’ll be having a catch-up and talking about any and all of the books we’ve read during the year (plus other books we’ve enjoyed) for those who have missed particular months. Newcomers very much welcome!

This group is a female social space to discuss sapphic books. It is open to women in an inclusive sense (including trans women) but is not open to men. It’s challenging for us to set and to label parameters for inclusion. In the case of welcoming those with non-binary sapphic identities, we feel it best to trust the judgement of those attending. If, on the basis of this description, you feel our group is a space for you then you’re welcome.

No big commitment needed – you can dip in and out when you have time or like the sound of that month’s book!
 Victoria and Alice are the hosts and would love to welcome newcomers – just come and find us in the garden room at 8pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
