Women’s Circle at Cambridge, UK
Details
Women's Circle is a sacred and safe space where women come together to connect, share, and empower one another. It is a safe and nurturing environment that fosters personal growth, support, and a sense of community among women from different backgrounds.
What to expect from this women's support gathering:
The theme of this circle will be a SURPRISE!! So trust what the circle will bring.
- Welcome Tea
- Meditation
- Breathing exercises
- A safe and sacred space for you to release and reflect
- Active listening focused on emotions and the body
- Plenty of enjoyment in a unique way
- Essential oils to conclude
Each circle is a unique experience shaped by the presence of each participant. It is a sacred, multicultural space where, as the facilitator, I will hold and guide you to look within through questions related to the theme we will be working on.
This is a space for communal evolution where we practise active listening, respect, and create a safe environment for every participant.
Important: Women's circles are not a religious space but rather a place of connection and meeting between women.

**What to wear:**Comfortable clothes that make you feel happy and yourself. We will be seated on the floor. Bring your water :)
I honour and appreciate everything that has brought me to this path of working with women. Each women's circle is an expansive space for me, where I give myself fully to each participant. I trained as a Women's Circle Facilitator, which has given me the tools to support you with love and full presence.
Thank you for trusting. I invite you to let go of expectations and immerse yourself in the experience.
