Since June 2023, the Newton Jazz Jam has been bringing together jazz lovers and jazz musicians at Moldova Restaurant and Cafe. It runs every 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 7pm-10pm, and lets you enjoy jazz music no matter your level of knowledge, offering musicians the opportunity to play and improvise.

And featuring *YOU!* when you come and sit in, or just come to listen.
Come join us: listen, hang out, eat and drink in this warm, inviting, no-pressure atmosphere - and if you're a Jazz Musician, come sit in and play! With excellent Eastern European food, Moldova is the perfect place for dinner, drinks, and jazz. A modest cover charge applies. Whether you're there to listen or perform, bring your instrument and join us! (Piano, drum kit and bass amp are on-site; bring your instrument to sit-in. Guitarists, bring an amp, please.)
