It is a very easy chant which anyone can do. It does not matter what you sound like, and you will be muted during the chant. Bring an open mind and a willingness to learn something new in a beneficial, simplistic way.

We will start with a simple explanation of how this sound works, as well as how it benefits the dolphins. We will then set individual intentions (can be done silently), and then chant for 10 to 15 minutes.

AFTER CHANTING BEGINS, USUALLY 10 MINUTES AFTER WE START, ONLY RETURNING PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ADMITTED.

IN ORDER TO KEEP THE GROUP PRIVATE AND FEELING SAFE FOR ALL, NEW PARTICIPANTS' CAMERAS MUST BE TURNED ON DURING THE BEGINNING PART OF THE GROUP.
