What we’re about
CapCHI (Capital Human-Computer Interaction) is a social and professional community of design, user experience (UX), and human-computer interaction (HCI) enthusiasts, researchers, students, engineers, and educators from in and around Ottawa. We are also an Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (SIGCHI).
From September to May, we meet every third Tuesday of the month.
Our meetups come in many different shapes and sizes. We invite speakers to give talks, organize panels and showcases, provide space for networking and socializing activities, and sometimes even go on fun fieldtrips.
We are looking forward to meeting you!
