What happens when you cross yoga and dance?
A very fun experience!
This class is made up of mainly yoga moves fused together with moves borrowed from contemporary dance. We start off the class by reminding ourselves that this is most importantly our SAFE HAPPY space where we can let our hair down, laugh, be ourselves and enjoy movement to music.
Then we learn a mini flow routine, which we then practice over and over to the inspirational song of the day.
You have to try it at least once. Just bring yourself and some water, perhaps a towel - yoga mats and anything else you may need is provided. First class free.
Suitable for advanced students in either dance or yoga, as well as beginners. We tailor the routine to your level.
