Lake Waccamaw State Park Hike

Visit Lake Waccamaw in Columbus County, one of the seven counties served by the Cape Fear Sierra Club. Lake Waccamaw is a unique fresh water lake and the largest of the North Carolina Bay Lakes. The hike is 4 miles (moderate to brisk pace) with the opportunity to hike a shorter distance.
