If you’ve ever done this event before or driven by this building, what they’re referring to ‘the blob’ is an enormous pile a bottles to be sorted for the benefit of the animals there. ￼

When you arrive, you will see what I mean as the pile is very big and they’re trying to get this pile down to get all these bottles sorted and out the door. The money they retrieve for these bottles is a big help to the expenses at the shelter.

We are asked to park in the upper parking lot, which is before you get to the shelter building and then the recycle center is across the way. I do ask that you arrive about 10 minutes prior and John and I will be outside so you can fi

Wear old clothes and sneakers, as you can get dirty. They will provide gloves.

By doing this small task benefits the animals greatly without having a lot of training. So, we hope you will join us and do some small part that can help the animals there.

Please sign up ONLY if you can commit to 2 hrs. on this date. I am hoping for no last minute cancellations or no-shows as this is too important a task to take lightly. And be sure to arrive early.
